Job Summary
Responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end retail merchandising and implementation activities under the Retail Solutions division. Ensures timely and accurate deployment of in-store displays, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, and retail executions in alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives. Manages operations teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to maintain quality, efficiency, and consistency across all retail installations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day merchandising operations, ensuring the timely rollout of all retail materials, store installations, and display updates.
- Oversee and guide the activities of project coordinators, warehouse staff, and field installers to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams to validate design feasibility, production timelines, and brand alignment of all in-store executions.
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, costing, fabrication, and logistics scheduling for nationwide retail deployment.
- Supervise inventory management of merchandising materials, ensuring proper storage, tracking, and replenishment.
- Conduct periodic quality checks and field audits to ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards and accuracy of installations.
- Review and approve project schedules, job orders, and liquidation reports to ensure operational accuracy.
- Consolidate field reports and provide post-implementation evaluations, including photo documentation and performance insights.
- Monitor manpower allocation, installation efficiency, and resource utilization to achieve operational targets.
- Support process improvement initiatives for project efficiency, cost control, and turnaround time reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during on-ground executions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail merchandising, trade marketing, activations, or operations management.
- Strong understanding of retail environments, POP materials, fabrication, and logistics coordination.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and third-party suppliers.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
- Willingness to travel for field supervision, audits, and project rollouts.
