Job summary

HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Philippines) Private LTD is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Assistant Manager Operations - Equities Cash Settlements. The role focuses on end-to-end settlement of futures and options, strict control of trade processing, and regulatory compliance across Asia & Europe.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree with 2–5 years in futures, and will manage client processing risk while applying HSBC FIM guidelines.

Qualifications

University degree with 2–5 years working experience in Futures product.
Strong understanding of futures, options, and market risk.
Knowledge of client processing risk and regulatory practices.
Familiarity with HSBC FIM and exchange rules across Asia & Europe.

Responsibilities

Daily settlement of Exchange Traded Futures and Options on an intraday basis with exchanges and 3rd party brokers.
Follow daily trade processing controls and end-of-day completeness checks.
Demonstrate compliance of trade processing with regulatory and exchange responsibilities.
Escalate all breaks or trade processing issues.
Understand trade processing flows and exchange requirements for each product.
Ensure efficient and controlled trade processes for internal and external clients.
