As they accelerate expansion and improve nationwide operational excellence, the company is seeking a seasoned OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT HEAD to lead branch operations, drive profitability, strengthen compliance, and elevate customer experience across all locations.
This role is ideal for a retail operations leader with strong experience in branch management, manpower planning, LSM coordination, and multi-branch operational performance.
Lead the operations department to ensure efficiency, profitability, and achievement of branch monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop strategies to improve branch performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Conduct regular store visits and branch performance reviews.
Spearhead Local Store Marketing (LSM) in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.
Align promotional activities, campaigns, and in-store execution with operational goals.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution for new branch openings.
Ensure readiness of staff, inventory, systems, and operational processes for smooth launch operations.
Oversee stock levels, movements, pricing, and shrinkage control.
Conduct spot audits to ensure accurate inventory management and address discrepancies promptly.
Monitor branch performance and recommend process improvements.
Ensure proper implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Address issues related to staff performance, attendance, and compliance.
Oversee branch maintenance, utilities, repairs, and renovations.
Act promptly on facility concerns to maintain optimal store conditions.
Identify training needs (TNA) and coordinate with HR to implement skills development programs.
Ensure employees are trained on operational standards, policies, and procedures.
Ensure strict compliance with operational, attendance, and security policies across all branches.
Maintain 80–85% audit compliance target.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage.
7–10 years of experience in branch operations management, retail management, or a similar senior leadership role.
Strong experience managing multiple branches or large-scale retail operations.
Excellent knowledge of branch operations, retail performance metrics, and manpower planning.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
Proficiency in inventory management, facility management, and operational improvement.
