Qualifications

Operations Engineer – Water Utility (Cavite)

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to oversee the day-to‑day operations of assigned water service areas in Cavite. The role is responsible for ensuring reliable water supply, achieving operational targets, improving customer satisfaction, and leading field operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Water Operations

Ensure continuous and reliable water supply across assigned service areas.

Monitor water quality, production, distribution, and system performance.

Lead initiatives to reduce Non-Revenue Water (NRW), including leak detection and meter management.

Ensure compliance with water quality and regulatory standards.

Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and service requests.

Coordinate with homeowners' associations (HOAs), developers, LGUs, and other stakeholders.

Monitor customer satisfaction and implement service improvements.

Commercial Operations

Ensure accurate and timely meter reading and billing.

Monitor collections and support initiatives to improve collection efficiency.

Assist in preparing and managing operational budgets (OPEX/CAPEX).

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and submit operational and regulatory reports.

Maintain accurate records of operations, assets, and compliance documents.

Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in water utility operations, water distribution, or wastewater operations.

Knowledge of Non-Revenue Water (NRW) management.

Familiarity with utility billing and collection processes.

Strong understanding of water distribution systems and water quality management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to be assigned in Cavite.
