The Operations Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to support process improvements, enhance productivity, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). This role plays a crucial part in driving data-informed decisions across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and sustainability standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze operational data from production, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output efficiency, downtime, yield, and on-time delivery
- Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in current operations and recommend actionable improvements
- Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of process changes and system improvements
- Monitor operational compliance with internal policies and sustainability goals
- Prepare regular business review reports and ad hoc analysis for management decision-making
- Assist in benchmarking performance against industry standards and internal targets
- Handle or assist both in short-term and long-term projects, as required
- Assist in business development plans, as needed
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or data analytics, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or FMCG sectors.
- Experience in a continuous improvement or process monitoring role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization and analysis tools.
- Knowledge of process mapping, lean methodologies, or Six Sigma (an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
