Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an energetic Team Leader to supervise a group of call center associates, coach performance, monitor attendance, and ensure KPI delivery while aligning with contractual expectations.

You will mentor and guide the team, run regular team meetings, and drive results through coaching, escalation handling, and adherence to policies. Willing to work onsite in Makati; Associate degree preferred, collections experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
• With experience in handling Collections account.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of call center associates including attendance monitoring.
• Coach direct reports on performance to meet weekly metrics.
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions up to termination.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs meet contractual and financial expectations.
• Lead team meetings and communicate expectations and updates.
