Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1 year of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
Knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, networking, printers, and IT troubleshooting.
Experience with ITSM or ticketing tools is an advantage.
Willing to travel to branch locations, including remote areas.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote IT support for branch users.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and other IT-related issues.
Respond to and update IT support tickets in the ITSM system.
Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
Perform system deployments, software updates, and configuration changes.
Conduct preventive maintenance and regular health checks on IT equipment.
Assist with the installation, replacement, and retrieval of IT assets.
Ensure IT assets are properly tagged and documented.
Provide basic support for CCTV systems and IT-related electrical connectivity when needed.
Assist end users with basic technical concerns and promote IT security best practices.
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
