Dole Asia Company Limited is seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to support the Internal Audit Department in monitoring internal controls and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Senior Internal Audit Manager and requires strong analytical abilities.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, professional auditing certification, and at least six years of Big 4 or internal audit experience, with SAP proficiency and willingness to relocate to Polomolok for full-time onsite

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (accounting emphasis preferred).
• CPA/CA/CIA designation.
• 6+ years audit experience with a 'Big 4' firm or internal audit in a reputable organization.
• Extensive knowledge of J-SOX/Sarbanes Oxley and COSO internal controls.
• SAP knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel approximately 40–60% of the time.
• Willingness to relocate to Polomolok, South Cotabato, for full-time onsite work.

Aufgaben

• Support Internal Audit Department in monitoring internal controls and effectiveness of design and operation.
• Recommend changes and improvements to internal controls to mitigate risk and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Company policies.
• Report to Senior Internal Audit Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
