Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based policyholders regarding health insurance inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information and efficient solutions to customers’ concerns.
  • Document customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies.
  • Participate actively in training and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Above-average English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Amenable to working night shifts and shifting schedules.
  • HS (old curriculum) or SHS graduate with at least 6 months continuous international CCE Voice Account experience, OR
  • College graduate (no experience required).
  • Must have an active Viber account (for interview and communication purposes).
  • Willing to be trained for a Premium Telco account.
  • Applicants must reside in any of the following approved locations: Pasig, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pateros, Makati, San Juan, Pasay, Quezon City, Taytay and Cainta, Rizal.
