Lexie Staffing co. is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Seasonal Retail Account team on-site in multiple locations in the Philippines. You will assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing concerns, and account issues while ensuring a positive customer experience during peak retail season.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• With or without prior BPO experience (training provided).
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work onsite (Cubao, Makati, Centris, Mezza).
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
