Responsibilities
Develop and uphold workplace health and safety programs in line with regulatory requirements.
Carry out risk assessments, safety audits, and incident reviews to identify hazards and corrective actions.
Lead safety trainings and toolbox talks to ensure all personnel are informed and prepared.
Ensure strict adherence to company and government safety standards across all operations.
Oversee site activities to detect and address unsafe practices or conditions before they escalate.
