Ideal candidates are Filipino, able to speak Japanese, with a Bachelor's degree or undergraduate status and CAD experience. A licensed mechanical/electrical engineer is a plus but not required. Onsite work with transportation allowances.

Qualifications

• Filipinos who can speak Japanese.
• No JLPT Needed as long as you can communicate in Japanese.
• Bachelor's degree or Undergraduate is okay.
• Must have CAD operator or CAD experience.
• Licensed Mechanical and Electrical Engineer is a big plus, but not required.
• Amenable to attend a 1-day process onsite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all designs meet the company's functional and quality standards.
• Prepare and present design proposals to Japanese management.
• Coordinate design details with the Japanese leader and other engineers.
• Create designs that simplify and improve the manufacturing process.
• Conceptualize new innovations in designs.
