A property and project management firm is seeking a Project Leasing Associate to manage leasing operations for residential properties, particularly for AirBnB, located in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in real estate leasing and property management. Responsibilities include tenant sourcing, contract drafting, and maintaining property compliance. This full-time role is onsite in Taguig with a competitive salary range of PHP 20,000–25,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate leasing and property management.
• Demonstrated ability to market and lease properties through social media.
• Familiarity with government regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial leasing to ensure high occupancy rates.
• Source and qualify tenants for long-term lease arrangements.
• Market properties effectively through digital listings and networking.
• Draft and review lease contracts, assist in lease negotiations.
• Act as primary liaison for tenant concerns.
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy and rental income.
