Job summary

A growing financial services firm is seeking an Accounting Representative to manage on-site financial transactions in Makati. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the IT sector. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, processing journal entries and invoices, and assisting with closing activities. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Php 30,000 to Php 40,000 and a hybrid work setup with 2 days on-site and 3 days of work from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting or related field.
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounting.
• Experience in an IT company is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
