Job summary

51Talk is seeking enthusiastic online English teachers to conduct one-on-one lessons using the 51Talk platform. Deliver engaging, structured sessions based on provided materials and maintain a professional online teaching environment.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, fluent English, and ESL teaching experience. Training is provided; new teachers can earn PHP1,500 guaranteed earnings as they start this September. Peak hours apply: weekdays 6–10 PM and weekends 9 AM–10 PM.

Qualifications

• Passion for English teaching.
• Fluent English speaker (clear and natural).
• Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or 2-year Associate Degree in any field; substantial relevant experience considered.
• Experience in ESL or classroom teaching roles preferred.
• Certification in teaching (TESOL, TEFL) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one English lessons using the 51Talk platform.
• Deliver engaging and structured lessons based on provided materials.
• Maintain a professional and conducive online teaching environment.
• Follow lesson guidelines and complete sessions on scheduled time.
