Job summary

Fortrea is pooling candidates in Manila for future CRA and clinical operations opportunities. The role focuses on site management for oncology studies, ensuring regulatory and data integrity obligations are met across audits and visits.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of site monitoring experience in oncology, with exposure to start-up, maintenance, and close-outs of trials, and the ability to work within Fortrea SOPs and ICH GCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of site monitoring experience.
• ONCOLOGY experience required.
• Experience in Start-up, site maintenance, and Close-outs.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site clinical monitoring in accordance with SOPs, ICH GCP, and Sponsor requirements.
• Verify screening, informed consent, and protocol adherence for subjects.
• Ensure source data integrity through review, query generation, and resolution.
• Track regulatory documents, eTMF/Sponsor documents, and Investigational Product inventory and accountability.
• Prepare monitoring plans and site initiation slides; lead or participate in investigator meetings.
• Provide training support and assist with onboarding of new staff as needed.
