Job summary

Angkas in Cebu City is seeking an Onboarding Associate to facilitate the smooth onboarding of bikers. The role involves executing on-ground onboarding tasks, managing biker kit inventory, and maintaining accurate data records.

The ideal candidate is a Senior High School Graduate or equivalent, with strong communication and coordination skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and motorcycle operation is preferred for off-site tasks.

Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with experience in an administrative role.
• Willing to work off-site and travel to various activation/event locations.
• Preferably owns and can operate a motorcycle.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-ground onboarding tasks including jersey sizing and ID picture taking.
• Assist new bikers with the onboarding process.
• Manage biker kit inventory and conduct reconciliations.
• Maintain and update the biker onboarding masterfiles accurately.
• Perform daily ad-hoc tasks including summary report updates.
