Job summary

Miromed Enterprises is seeking a Technician Manager to supervise the day-to-day activities of the technical team at our Makati facility. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in technical operations or supervisory positions and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.

You will oversee installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of medical equipment, coordinate with Sales and other departments, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical operations or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily activities of the technical team.
• Assign and monitor technicians’ work schedules and service requests.
• Ensure proper installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor the quality and timely completion of technical services.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments regarding technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
• Prepare and monitor service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Handle technical concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
