Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience as a Mason is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in basic masonry, concrete, plastering, and finishing works.
• Capable of performing manual labor.
• Willing to work on-site and outdoors.
• Hardworking, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix cement, mortar, and other construction materials.
• Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials.
• Perform plastering, grouting, and finishing works.
• Measure and align materials according to project specifications.
• Maintain proper use and care of tools and equipment.
• Follow construction safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
