Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Laguna is seeking a Manufacturing Assistant Supervisor to support daily production activities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology and has at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment. You will lead workforce management, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality standards. This on-site role offers a salary range of ₱20,000-25,000 per month, with additional employee rewards and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with quality control practices and production workflows.
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna.

Responsibilities
