Qualifications

• High school graduate or senior high school graduate.
• Relevant vocational training is an advantage.
• Experience as a Helper or Maintenance Assistant is preferred but not required.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy materials.
• Willing to work on-site, overtime, and on weekends when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in electrical, plumbing, and maintenance works.
• Carry, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Support installation, repair, and maintenance activities on-site.
• Perform general housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Handle basic maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist in inventory and safekeeping of tools and materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
