Qualifications

• Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or any related technical course.
• Experience in servicing large-format printers or industrial machines is preferred.
• Capable of resolving both hardware and software issues on-site under time pressure.
• Must be open to frequent field assignments and client visits across various locations.
• Can work with minimal supervision while communicating effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients to install, maintain, and repair large-format printers and related equipment.
• Diagnose machine problems and provide effective on-site solutions to reduce downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment issues and ensure performance reliability.
• Educate end users on proper operation, usage, and troubleshooting of machines during client visits.
• Complete service reports and communicate field findings to the technical support team for proper documentation and follow-up.
