Qualifications

• Experience in servicing large-format printers or industrial machines is preferred.
• Capable of resolving both hardware and software issues on-site under time pressure.
• Must be open to frequent field assignments and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients to install, maintain, and repair large-format printers and related equipment.
• Diagnose machine problems and provide effective on-site solutions to reduce downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent equipment issues.
