Job summary

Gomma Flooring Solutions seeks a Site Engineer to supervise on-site operations in Manila and ensure work aligns with design and specifications. You will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to drive smooth project execution.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, enforcing safety, preparing documentation, and assisting in cost estimation and resource allocation. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily on-site operations to ensure work is completed as per design and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering standards and codes.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and material records.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, blueprints, and technical plans.
• Ensure the implementation of health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors
