Job summary

SIMPLY GOURMET FOOD CORP in Quezon City is seeking an on-site Accounting Assistant with 1–3 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The role is full-time and entails handling core accounting functions across record-keeping, vouchers, and financial reporting.

You will support accounts payable/receivable, month-end closing, and compliance tasks, with a performance bonus under the employee recognition program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare management reports and presentations.
