Globe is seeking an experienced Omnichannel Insights & Analytics Lead to turn complex data into actionable insights that improve customer engagement across digital and physical touchpoints. Design and manage dashboards, build unified journey views, and analyze daily usage behaviors to identify gaps and growth opportunities.

You'll collaborate with business, digital, and operations teams to translate analytics into experience-generation strategies, helping Globe anticipate customer needs,

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in insights and analytics, data storytelling and visualization.
• Advanced Analytics & Visualization: SQL, Python/R, Tableau or PowerBI to manage datasets.
• KPI Framework Design: experience measuring CES and FCR.
• Strategic Business Acumen: translate data into revenue-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage multi-channel dashboards and reporting systems.
• Develop unified journey maps to track customer behavior across touchpoints.
• Provide data-driven insights to prioritize experience-enhancing projects based on ROI.
• Analyze daily usage metrics to understand engagement beyond promos.
