Job summary

World Class Laminate, Inc. seeks a Purchasing professional to source, negotiate, and manage timely delivery of goods and services essential to operations. The role requires handling POs via ERP and coordinating with accounting for payments.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year in purchasing, be proficient in MS Office, and have experience with Odoo ERP. Manufacturing sector background is a plus and local to Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in a Purchasing role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software (Odoo).
• Experience with Odoo ERP software is specifically required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, ordering, and ensuring timely delivery of goods, materials, and services required for company operations.
• Identify potential vendors, request quotes, and negotiate competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Process purchase orders (POs) via ERP/software, tracking orders up to delivery.
• Experience with ERP software systems is required at hire.
• Coordination with Accounting Department for order payments.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred for this role.
