Job summary

New Flavor House, Inc. is seeking a Company Nurse to promote employee health and safety across our facilities in the Philippines. You will deliver medical assistance, run health programs, and support DOLE-compliant health and safety initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with an active PRC license and at least some experience in occupational health or clinic settings. Training in BOSH is needed to ensure compliance and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Completed 48 hours of Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training for Nurses and a certificate.
• Experience in occupational health, clinic, or industrial setting.
• Familiar with DOLE health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, basic medical care, and appropriate medication to employees.
• Assess employees' health conditions and provide necessary recommendations or referrals.
• Assist during medical emergencies and coordinate hospital transfers when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records and clinic documentation.
• Monitor and maintain medicines, medical supplies, and First Aid Kits across company facilities.
• Coordinate with the Safety Officer regarding workplace accidents and health and safety concerns.
• Lead the implementing employee health programs, medical examinations, and wellness activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
