Granby Nurseries Lincoln is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support children aged 0–5 years within a nurturing setting. You will plan and lead activities aligned with the EYFS framework, observe progress, and maintain a safe, stimulating environment.

To provide high-quality care, education and support for children aged 0–5 years, promoting their safety, wellbeing and development in line with the EYFS framework.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.

Observe, assess and record children’s progress.

Safeguard children and follow all health and safety procedures.

Provide personal care and support children’s individual needs.

Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.

Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment.

Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and independence.

Follow nursery policies and procedures and participate in training and professional development.
