Job summary

SM Supermalls Philippines is seeking a Registered Nurse to support health and safety initiatives at the Baliwag mall. You will assess employee health, manage medical supplies, and coordinate essential healthcare services.

Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, proposing workplace health programs, and maintaining health records and reports for visits, incidents, and emergencies. This is a full-time, on-site role at SM City Baliwag.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with valid license.
• Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience in clinical or corporate settings.
• Preferably BOSH Training certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assessments based on records and examinations.
• Recommend healthcare programs for mall/office-based employees.
• Maintain systematic health records and submit health visit and incident reports.

Job Description:

The Nurse works within the mall to improve safety and to address health concerns among employees, tenants, customers. He/She assesses and determines the health status of the employees, conducts regular inventory of medical supplies and prepare requisition necessary to ensure availability at all times.

Responsibilities:

• To provide medical assessments based on medical records, conducted physical examination and laboratory test results.
• To recommend healthcare programs or events for assigned mall/office-based employees.
• To maintain a systematic filing of medical and health records of employees; and, to prepare and submit visitation, incident, consultation, treatment and emergency medical reports.

Requirements:

• A Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least two (2) years of nursing experience in a clinical or corporate setting.
• Preferably certified on Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training.
