Medical Providers Partners PLLC is a physician-led practice located in Lansdowne, PA, seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic. The role supports comprehensive care for patients, with independence to manage acute and chronic conditions and build lasting patient relationships.

You will see approximately 20 patients per day, with a collaborative, team-based environment and access to a physician-led support structure.

Formación

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license and required certifications.
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Strong attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and patient-centered.
• Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide timely patient evaluations and follow-up care
• Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and imaging
• Prescribe and manage medications in compliance with regulations
• Respond to changes in condition and urgent care needs
• Collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, and administrative teams
• Support advance care planning and end-of-life discussions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in quality assurance and regulatory readiness efforts

About the Role

Medical Providers Partners PLLC is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner for our clinic in Lansdowne, PA, just outside Philadelphia. We welcome both new graduates and experienced NPs who want meaningful work in a collaborative clinical environment.

You will see approximately 20 patients per day, with the consistency and clinical independence to build strong, lasting relationships with your patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide timely patient evaluations and follow-up care
• Order and interpret labs, diagnostics, and imaging
• Prescribe and manage medications in compliance with regulations
• Respond to changes in condition and urgent care needs
• Collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, and administrative teams [and rehab and hospice teams, if applicable]
• Support advance care planning and end-of-life discussions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in quality assurance and regulatory readiness efforts
