Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific PTE LTD d/b/a Chubb Business Services is seeking an SME with deep NSX-T expertise in a hybrid setup in the Philippines. The role focuses on NSX-T design, deployment, and operations, with close collaboration on VCF integration and Broadcom Aria tooling.

You will lead troubleshooting, automation via Ansible/JSON, and training for ops teams while contributing to SOPs and documentation for incident response. Hybrid work model offered, Day 1 HMO + 2 dependents upon regularization.

Qualifications

In-depth experience with VMware NSX-T for design, deployment and ops.
Familiarity with VCF integration and architecture.

Responsibilities

Provide SME guidance on NSX-T deployment, operations and troubleshooting.
Integrate NSX-T with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and optimize operational workflows.
Utilize Aria/Broadcom tools to enhance performance and train ops teams.
Apply Data Center LAN expertise (fabric switching, load balancing, DNS/DHCP, zoning, segmentation).
Develop automation scripts using Ansible and JSON to streamline NSX-T management.
Create comprehensive SOPs and documentation for incident response and best practices.
Lead complex troubleshooting to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
