Job summary

OutsourcedIn is partnering with a NSW-based residential builder to hire an experienced Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to support their sales pipeline. This remote, full-time role requires NSW construction experience and expertise in generating and qualifying high-intent leads.

You will generate, qualify, and book appointments, maintain CRM records, and report on activity. Strong English communication and knowledge of NSW workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven lead generation or appointment setting experience within the NSW building or construction industry (ESSENTIAL).
• Experience generating leads for NSW residential builders.
• Strong understanding of NSW build processes and builder sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and book high-intent homeowner and developer leads into the builders calendar.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including call notes, qualification status, and appointment outcomes.
• Provide daily and weekly activity reports: calls made, appointments booked and attended.
