Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering architectural projects, preferably NSW multi-residential.
• Proven experience coordinating technical documentation across DD, Tender, CC and Construction stages.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Strong knowledge of NCC, SEPPs, LEPs and NSW planning regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and coordinate detailed architectural documentation across DD, Tender, CC and Construction phases.
• Produce high-quality working drawings, specifications, schedules, and packages using Revit.
• Ensure documentation complies with NCC, Australian Standards, SEPPs, LEPs and NSW planning regulations.
• Coordinate documentation with consultants and internal teams for accuracy and consistency.
• Support construction-stage documentation, RFIs, revisions, and project updates.
• Manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide practical, solution-focused recommendations.
