Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an NQAC Analyst I to join the Quality Assurance Laboratory at the Cabuyao factory. You will perform laboratory testing on raw materials, packaging materials, water, environmental samples, and finished products, ensuring compliance with GLP and ISO 17025.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role involves instrument calibration, reporting results, and supporting continuous improvement within Nestlé’s QA program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
• Must be a Registered Chemist (Licensed Chemist).
• Knowledge of physical and chemical analyses, laboratory instrumentation, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Evaluate materials and products against quality and product specifications.
• Validate analytical methods and ensure accurate laboratory testing.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Prepare and manage laboratory reagents, chemicals, and testing supplies.
• Record, analyze, and report laboratory results accurately and promptly.
• Investigate testing deviations and contribute to corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Laboratory Safety, GLP, and ISO 17025 standards.
• Support laboratory audits, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Assist in administrative, testing, reporting, and other laboratory activities as needed.

Location: Nestlé Factory, Cabuyao, Laguna

Join our Quality Assurance Laboratory team and play a key role in ensuring the safety and quality of Nestlé products. You will perform laboratory testing on raw materials, packaging materials, water, environmental samples, and finished products, while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also supports daily laboratory operations, accurate reporting of results, and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Nestlé standards, and ISO 17025 requirements.
