Job summary

Uptalent.io is seeking Advanced Manufacturing Engineers to support New Product Introduction and manufacturing for complex modular systems in sectors like energy and power generation.

The role requires translating engineering designs into production-ready processes and developing BOMs. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, and 5+ years in manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or similar roles.
• Experience supporting engineered products, modular systems, or electromechanical products.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and build readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Introduction from early design to production.
• Assist with manufacturing deliverables including BOM development.
• Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams for production readiness.
