Job summary

WPP Media in Manila is seeking a Campaign Delivery professional to optimize client campaigns and manage delivery across platforms, ensuring campaigns meet KPI targets and timelines.

You will collaborate with media vendors, coordinate with the finance team on invoicing and payments, and continually learn new delivery tools and technologies to maximize performance and client value.

Responsibilities

To use the available tools to recommend optimized campaigns that match, or exceed client KPI’s
Create media schedules using the media operating system for review and approval
Monitor, manage and report on clients’ budgets and campaign KPI’s
Create material instructions to content providers for smooth delivery of materials to vendors
Implement campaigns in accordance with the agreed timeline and deliverables
Assist in the preparation of in-flight and post-campaign reports, including spot-matching
Work closely with all team members to improve working efficiency and effectiveness
Establish effective collaboration and trustworthy relations with media vendors
Regularly learn new tools and delivery technologies to maximize campaign performance and deliveries
Be the key point of contact with the finance team on client invoicing and vendor payment issues
Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time
