Job summary

UpSkill MNL is seeking a merchandising teammate in the Philippines to set up displays, maintain clean work areas, and perform inventory counts across multiple outlets. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

You will monitor merchandise displays and ensure orders are processed correctly across stores. Ideal candidates are high school graduates (ALS or Senior High) with a willingness to learn, capable of handling several outlets, and committed to keeping the displays

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school level education (ALS or senior high).
• 0–3 months merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple outlets or stores.
• Willing to be trained and adapt to various outlets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract prospective customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the working area.
• Conduct a complete count of the inventory.
• Check Bad Orders and for RTV.
