• At least 1 year of hospital/clinical experience in a US-based healthcare org.
• Background in Prior Authorization, Case Management and Utilization Review.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with insurance companies, patients, families, legal representatives and other healthcare facilities.
• Collaborate with nursing teams, billing departments, medical social workers and internal departments to ensure care coordination.
• Communicate effectively to support US-based patients throughout the care process.
