Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is hiring a USRN Case Manager for an on-site night shift in Pasig. The role requires coordinating with a range of clinical professionals, insurers, patients and families, as well as legal representatives.

You will collaborate with nursing teams, billing, medical social workers, and other internal departments to ensure efficient care coordination for US-based patients. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Nursing, an active USRN license, and at least one year of hospital or

Bachelor's degree in Nursing and active USRN license.
At least 1 year of hospital/clinical experience in a US-based healthcare org.
Background in Prior Authorization, Case Management and Utilization Review.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with insurance companies, patients, families, legal representatives and other healthcare facilities.
Collaborate with nursing teams, billing departments, medical social workers and internal departments to ensure care coordination.
Communicate effectively to support US-based patients throughout the care process.
