Qualifications

• 1–2 years of inpatient (IP) coding experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of CDI experience is needed.
• 6 months – 1 year of bedside or clinical experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review inpatient medical records for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure proper clinical documentation to support coding and billing.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to clarify diagnoses.
• Identify gaps in documentation and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Support accurate DRG assignment and reimbursement processes.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards.
