We\'re looking for an experienced NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Nurse to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to premature and critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities

1. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for neonatal patients.
2. Monitoring and managing vital signs, administering medications, and providing life support as needed.
3. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
4. Educating and supporting families throughout their infant\'s hospitalization and transition to home.
5. Ensuring that all aspects of patient care are in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
6. Participating in quality improvement initiatives and research activities to enhance patient care and outcomes.
