Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Cebu is seeking a Network & Systems Support Engineer to serve as the frontline for IT incidents, manage tickets, and resolve issues across network, systems, and security domains on-site. You will perform structured troubleshooting, perform routine changes under change control, maintain runbooks, and collaborate with NOC/SOC and vendors to ensure business continuity.

The ideal candidate has 1–5+ years in MSP/MSSP, and experience with Cisco/Fortinet/Palo Alto,

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years in network, systems, or operations engineering/support.
• Exposure to multiple domains such as network security, systems, virtualization, cloud identity.
• Certs like Fortinet NSE, CCNA or equivalent, VMware VCP, MS certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Log, categorize, prioritize and document tickets per SLA and severity.
• Own and resolve incidents across network, systems, and security domains.
• Escalate per experience level with complete technical docs.
• Troubleshoot OS, apps, VPN, and endpoints in structured steps.
• Investigate and resolve LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewall issues.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and participate in change management.
