Job summary

The PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies is seeking a Network Security Specialist responsible for protecting our network infrastructure. You will monitor, analyze, and respond to security events and implement protective measures across systems.

Responsibilities include configuring firewalls/IDS/IPS, conducting vulnerability assessments, incident response, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Onsite work in Makati with collaboration across IT teams to maintain secure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Cybersecurity.
• Experience in network security and security technologies.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic for security events and incidents using security tools and technologies.
• Analyze security alerts and incidents to determine cause and impact, and provide timely responses.
• Implement and manage security measures, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security weaknesses and remediation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure configuration and deployment of network infrastructure.
• Investigate and respond to security breaches, and develop incident response plans and procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security threats, trends, and technologies.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident reports.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on security best practices and awareness.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
