Responsibilities

1. Performs installation and provide post-sales support for external customers at the least possible time to ensure that targeted and reasonable Turn-around Time is achieved.
2. Conducts continuous study, testing, and simulation of our products and solutions. Attend internal and vendor-sponsored training, or industry events to broaden knowledge and skills.
3. Acquires technical certifications through self-study, sponsored, and paid certification trainings and examinations.
4. Provides support on pre-sales activities such as preparation of Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo and Presentations.
5. Provide technical assistance to other business groups, and other company related matters as needed.
