Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a hands-on Network DevOps contractor to implement network automation across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. You will join the Network Infrastructure Services team to build, deploy, and maintain standard network modules, ensuring agility and security.

Requirements include 8+ years in Network DevOps, strong Terraform/Terragrunt expertise, and solid knowledge of BGP, routing, and Palo Alto firewalls. The role focuses on IaC, scripting in Python, and cross-cloud connectivity.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in Network DevOps Cloud Networking.
• Hands-on experience configuring AWS VPC, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, Route53.
• GCP/OCI: Basic networking constructs (VCN, DRG, Shared VPC).
• Terraform & Terragrunt: Intermediate to Advanced (state management and multi-provider blocks).
• Git: Daily proficiency with GitHub (PRs, branching, resolving merge conflicts).
• Networking Foundations: BGP, routing tables, and firewalling (Palo Alto).

Responsibilities

• IaC Execution: Develop and maintain Terraform modules to provision multi-cloud network resources (Transit Gateways, VNET Peering, Cloud Routers, and Load Balancers).
• Automated Provisioning: Build and troubleshoot Python scripts to automate routine network operations (IPAM updates, DNS record management, and Firewall policy deployments).
• Multi-Cloud Connectivity: Standardize cross-cloud connectivity between AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI using native cloud tools and VPN/Direct Connect configurations.
• Pipeline Support: Manage and fix CI/CD deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions) , terragrant, Argo. for network infrastructure to ensure clean code merges and successful deployments.
• Day-to-Day Ops: Respond to internal infrastructure requests for VPC/VNET modifications, ensuring all changes follow Rubrik’s Network-as-Code standards.
