Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in industrial structure diagnostics; industrial policy formulation and advisory services; industrial process improvement; and value chain development; preferably with international development experience.
• Environmental and climate policies knowledge is an asset.
• Experience in project management; working with international partners and public/private sectors is required.
• Good analytical writing and communication skills are required.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, e-mail and Internet is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare annual work plans and coordinate day-to-day operations of the project, including administration, accounting and reporting.
• Consult regularly with project execution partners of all Outputs listed in the project document.
• Support the preparation of Project Steering Committee meetings, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas and background documents.
• Act as secretary for project implementation by convening regular meetings to report progress.
• Document and record minutes and results of all project meetings.
• Coordinate activities of project execution partners, consultants and subcontractors, including contract management and supervision of field operations.
• Monitor activities against milestones and take corrective actions when needed.
• Organize and deliver training and workshops as per project frameworks.
