Overview

Providing Services:

• Performing manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments like gel and acrylic nails.
• Offering lash services like lash extensions, lifts, and tints.
• Ensuring services are performed to a high standard, leaving clients satisfied.

Client Consultation

• Consulting with clients to understand their desired look.
• Advising clients on which products or services are best suited for them.
• Discussing potential allergic reactions or sensitivities to certain products.
• Regularly cleaning and sterilizing tools and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Ensuring proper disposal of disposable materials (e.g., nail files, cotton pads).
• Recommending and selling related products like nail care items, lash serums, or aftercare products.
• Keeping up-to-date on new products, trends, and techniques.

Maintaining Client Records

• Keeping track of client preferences and service history.
• Recording products used on clients in case of allergic reactions or future treatments.

Managing Appointments
