Job summary

Med Supply US is a Medicare-enrolled, ACHC-accredited mail-order supplier of DMEPOS. We seek a Licensing and Credentialing Specialist to own all licenses, enrollments, and registrations across jurisdictions we operate in.

You will manage renewals, payer enrollments, and regulatory communications to ensure timely, accurate compliance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential in this deadline-driven role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in healthcare licensing, credentialing, payer enrollment, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare enrollment processes (PECOS, CMS-855S).
• Experience managing multi-state license portfolios and renewal calendars.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through and deadline discipline.
• Clear written communication with state agencies and payers.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and document management systems; familiarity with credentialing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master licensing/renewal calendar for 30+ states and licenses.
• Prepare, submit, and track state license renewals with complete documentation.
• Manage Medicare enrollment (PECOS/CMS-855S) and state Medicaid enrollments, including revalidations.
• Process changes (address, ownership, officers) across licenses and records.
• Correspond with licensing boards, Medicaid agencies, CMS/MACs, and NESCO to resolve deficiencies.
• Support ACHC accreditation processes, including documentation requests and surveys.
• Keep organized, audit-ready records of licenses, applications, and confirmations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and flag new licensure requirements.
• Track renewal fees and annual reporting filings tied to licensure.
