Job summary

POWER FOR ALL INCORPORATED is seeking a Marketing/Multimedia Intern to support data organization, monitor marketing material production, and craft engaging multimedia content that aligns with the brand guidelines. The role offers hands-on learning across campaigns, events, and digital channels.

The successful candidate will contribute to trend research, assist in website and social media updates, and collaborate with PR, sales, and production teams while developing creative marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Currently a graduating student with courses related to Marketing, Multimedia or Communication.
• Knowledgeable in Canva and Adobe Photoshop for editing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Able to contribute creatively to marketing plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel for office site visits periodically.
• Office-based and willing to travel for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Organizing data and gathering information.
• Monitor production of marketing materials.
• Produced engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations, and social media posts) aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
• Demonstrated growth in marketing and multimedia skills.
• Liaise with public relations and media contacts.
• Help plan, coordinate and participate in marketing events.
• Update company website and social media tools.
• Keep track of news trends, ideas, concepts and feedback on social media platforms.
• Communicate with sales and production regarding product and pricing changes.
• Maintain an archive of marketing materials.
• Adapting additional tasks or projects to learn more about marketing.
