Job summary

ADA is seeking a Multimedia Designer to create visually compelling assets across digital campaigns, social media, websites, and ads. You will work with the Creative Team to translate briefs into engaging visuals, animations, and basic video edits that align with brand guidelines and performance goals.

The ideal candidate has a portfolio across static design and motion graphics, strong storytelling, and a collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in multimedia or digital design.
Strong portfolio showcasing static design, motion graphics, and digital content.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Basic understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and digital publishing requirements.
Strong visual design and storytelling skills.
Attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Open to feedback and continuous improvement.
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality static and motion assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and ads.
Create visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Support video editing, motion graphics, and simple animations when required.
Work closely with the Creative Team Lead and other team members to execute creative concepts.
Interpret creative briefs accurately and ask the right questions to ensure clarity.
Revise and optimize assets based on feedback and performance insights.
Stay updated on design trends, platform best practices, and emerging formats.
Ensure outputs are optimized for performance, usability, and engagement.
